How to Order Replacement

How to order your replacement items...

After you've read and understand our exchange/return policy, place an order for your replacement items and use the discount code "EXCHANGEOOPS" in checkout. This should reduce the total cost to the shipping costs, and any taxes. After placing this order and if you haven't already, follow step 3 of the exchange process by shipping us the products you want to exchange.

 Please Note:

• Do not order additional items other than what needs replaced. These items will be removed from the order and will not shipped. If you want additional shirts, place an order for those separately. We cannot combine them to save on shipping costs.
  
• These replacement orders will only be shipped after we have received your returned items.
• Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive your return items within 30 days of the order being placed, or your original order - whichever comes first.
  
• All orders using the above code without return items will be cancelled.
